That is why after each use it is recommended to wash your knives by hand with warm water and use a soft cloth to dry them. Prolong the sharpness of the knives by wiping the blades with a soft cotton cloth soaked in a few drops of camellia oil, used for centuries by Japanese swordsmen to protect their prized blades against rust and stains. For perfect antibacterial cleaning, we advise to use the antibacterial knife care cloth with silver threads, which treats and protects the knife blade. Professional chefs regularly sharpen their knives, and you should do the same, using the right sharpener from our range.
